LATE CANCELLATION POLICY

Late Cancel: If you book a class and cancel within 12 hours of the scheduled start time, a $15 late cancel fee will be charged.

No Show: If you book a class and do not show up, a $20 no show fee will be charged.

Class Pack Members: If you cancel within 12 hours of the scheduled start time or fail to show up for class, you will lose that class credit.

One Freebie Per Member, Per Month: We understand that life happens! That’s why we are offering one freebie per month. If you need to cancel late or miss a class, you can avoid the fee by calling or texting the studio before the start of your scheduled class time.

This policy exists to ensure other members have the best chance of booking and attending their ideal class format and time.
