Low Impact Fitness: You’ll burn 400+ calories with low risk of injury. Our instructors guide you through the ride with proper form. We even offer classes with a unique fusion of cycling and off-the-bike segments using free weights or barre techniques for those looking to mix it up.
Fun & Effective: Playlists are tailored to bring you energy and excitement so it feels less like work and more like a PARTY. We keep the room dark so you can focus more on YOUR ride and less on others around you.
Cross Training: Do you only enjoy lifting weights? Maybe you love to run every day? We never said you had to spin with us every day! Adding our classes to your established workout routine will increase your cardio (heart health), which will help increase your endurance allowing you go longer, faster, and harder in other workouts that you enjoy doing!
